How can I pay for Membership?

Just click Make Payment to go to the payment page. This will show you which packages we have, and any special offers we may have.
More details can be found on the payment page. Using this service also means that the payment on your credit card statement is discrete.

Why was my credit card denied?

There are many reasons why a payment may come back denied by your card issuer. Most common are:

  • Insufficient funds available.
  • Invalid card details.
  • Your card has expired.
  • Your billing address does not match the card statement.
  • cvv/cvv2 number incorrect or incomplete.

What happens after I pay?

Once you have paid, your account is immediately activated, and your period of subscription starts. Full access to the site is confirmation from us that we have actioned your payment.

How do I renew my Membership?

We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for. That means even if our prices rise, your renewal costs are fixed at your signup price. Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. However, the bank prepares the payment file 3 working days before that date, so if you do not want to continue to use the site you will need to cancel your repeat billing with us at least 3 days before the collection date. We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety of your details. You can also pay by your mobile phone. Further information is available on the payment screen.

How do I cancel my Membership?

If you want to cancel your membership before your billing has expired, you will need to cancel any repeat billing first. You will have full access to the site until the payment expires. You can then remove your account.
To cancel your Repeat Billing:
1.Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2.Click on the "Cancel Repeat Billing" link.
Under our terms and conditions we do not refund membership fees.

Where can I view my "Billing History" and how long my Membership has to run?

To view your current status:
1. Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2. Click on the "Billing History" link in the Account Upgrade block, where you can view your current status and when your membership expires.
