How can I pay for Membership?

Just click Make Payment to go to the payment page. This will show you what packages we have, and any special offers we may have. We use Click&Buy payment gateways to provide a secure payment process and accept all types of credit and debit cards. We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety for your details. You can also use alternative methods of payment - paying using your mobile phone. More details can be found on the payment page. Paying by mobile phone or postal order means that the payment on your credit card statement is discrete.

Why was my credit card denied?

There are many reasons why a payment comes back denied by your card issuer. Most common are:

  • Insufficient funds available.
  • Invalid card details.
  • Your card has expired.
  • Your billing address does not match the address on your card statement.
  • cvv/cvv2 number is incorrect or incomplete

What happens after I pay?

Once you have paid, your account is immediately activated, and your period of subscription starts . This acts as your payment receipt and the Reference on it should be used if you need to contact us for any reason. Your ability to have full access to the site is confirmation from us that we have actioned your payment.

Important: Your credit card statement will read ‘www.clickandbuy.com London’.
No other payment related information will be shown in your statements to guarantee your privacy. Billing address will not be used to send you anything by post. It is only needed to verify your identity.

How do I renew my Membership?

To renew your membership, just go to the payment page and choose the payment plan and upgrade method which suits you best. For accepting credit and debit card payments, we use Safecharge and Click&Buy to provide a secure payment process and accept all credit and debit cards except Visa Electron. We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety for your details. You can also pay by by your mobile phone. Further information is available from the payment screen.

How do I cancel my Gold Membership and remove my account?

If you want to cancel your paid account at BeDiscreet, please be aware that all the facilities you have as a Gold member will be lost, as well as your mailing history and personal information. Still, if you are sure you want to do it, you can cancel your Gold membership this way:
1.Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2.Click on the "Remove Account" link.
Under our terms and conditions we do not refund membership fees, even if several days of paid membership are left.

Where can I view my "Billing History" and how long my Membership has to run?

To view your current status:
1. Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2. Click on the "Billing History" link in Account Upgrade block there you can view your current status and when your membership expires.

When will my mobile phone payment go through and when will my Membership be upgraded?

No money will be taken from your account until you receive sms messages from us and reply to the first one with "CONF". That's why there is a delay in upgrading your membership which may take up to 3-4 hours. Payments made by mobile phone are not taken at once, you can only pay £30 per day. Please don't try to pay again until the whole sum is taken which may not be until the following day.
