What do I do if I forgot my Password or Screenname?
Simple, click "Forgot password" on our Home page(top right – within the Members area). We will send your screenname and password to your email account.
Can I change my Screenname?
Yes, just contact admin@BeDiscreet.com and provide the screenname you want. We will check if it is available and not already in use. We will then change the screenname for you.
How do I change my Password?
In order to change your password:
1.Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2.Click on the "Update your Password" link in Account block.
3.Enter your new password, retype it in the appropriate boxes and click on the "change password" button.
How do I change my Email address?
Under our terms and conditions, you must provide us with a valid email address in order to use BeDiscreet.
To change your email address:
1. Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2. Click on the "Update your Email" link in Account block.
3. Enter the new email address and press "update address" button.
Once you have changed your email address, it must be verified. We do this by sending a new password to the new email address you entered. Once you have logged in using the new password, you will regain full access to the site.
What if it says my Password is incorrect?
If the system does not accept your password, your account must have been blocked.
Possible reasons for that are:
1.You emailed Customer Service and asked for profile removal.
2. Some of our customers complained about your activity.
3. You clicked on the 'Remove account' button (within the 'My Account' area) and your account has been removed.
Please contact admin@BeDiscreet.com to resolve the issue if none of these situations describe your problem.
Can I control the mail that BeDiscreet sends to me?
Yes. You can select the mails that you receive from BeDiscreet.
To update your Email settings:
1. Click on the "my account" link in the menu.
2. Click on the "Email Settings" link in the Account block.
3. Turn off/on several different types of email services and press the "update email settings" button.
How do I permanently remove my Account?
NOTE: Please remember that you will lose all Gold Member's benefits if you choose to remove your profile. According to our Terms and Conditions, we don't provide refunds. Removing your profile means that all your photos and personal information will no longer be available to other members. You will not be able to use contacts found on the website if the profile is deactivated.
To permanently remove your account:
1. Click on the "my account" link in the top menu.
2. Click on the "Remove Account" link in the Account block.
Once you have done this, your profile will be removed from the system (it will be invisible and you will receive no further mail from us).
